The provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter the GDPR) obligate us to inform you about the manner in which we process your data.

We process the following types of data:
- Data of natural persons who are the Suppliers or Clients, or acting in their name.
- Contact details in the form of e-mails, postal addresses and telephone numbers.
- The provision or preparation to provide services to the Clients.
- The performance or preparation to perform contracts with the Suppliers (Article 6 section 1 point b) and point f) of the GDPR).
Seeking claims arising from contracts and other legal events that occurred in any relations with the Clients and Suppliers or protecting against such claims (Article 6 section 1 point f) of the GDPR).
Other persons establishing e-mail contact Maintenance/establishing business contacts (Article 6 section 1 point f) of the GDPR).
Furnishing these data is not required by legal provisions; however the refusal to furnish them may prevent us from concluding a contract, performing obligations arising from the contract already concluded with you or from making other legal acts that you expect from us.
Due to the nature of IT systems that we use, your data may be transferred to third countries as to which the European Commission issued a decision defining an appropriate level of data protection. Data will be processed until the lapse of the later of the following terms:
a) term after the lapse of which the claims arising from the binding contracts become barred by the statute of limitation, or
b) term for the keeping of accounting records in accordance with the Tax Ordinance Act, or
c) 8 years from your last e-mail contact (if we didn’t conclude any contracts, and if we stored data to preserve the record of our relations in case you would like to contact us in the future).
You have the right to:
a) access your personal data, including obtaining a copy of these data,
b) rectify or complete data if they do not reflect the real facts,
c) request that your personal data be erased in those cases provided for by legal provisions,
d) request that the processing of your personal data be limited,
e) make objection to the processing of your personal data if they are processed to pursue the legitimate interest of the Controller. You may also file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
